{"id":622,"date":"2020-08-12T16:58:11","date_gmt":"2020-08-12T11:58:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fletcherstudios.net\/blog1\/?p=622"},"modified":"2020-08-12T16:58:11","modified_gmt":"2020-08-12T11:58:11","slug":"wrambling-writing-wednesday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fletcherstudios.net\/blog1\/2020\/08\/12\/wrambling-writing-wednesday\/","title":{"rendered":"Wrambling writing wednesday"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Back before the world came to a halt, I had set up a cork board with &#8216;big picture&#8217; reminders, namely a weekly organizer so I didn&#8217;t let any aspect of dev work slip without giving it <strong>some <\/strong>attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I had:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Marketing Monday &#8211; make some attempt at promoting my game<\/li><li>Tech Tuesday &#8211; make backups, clean and organize my projects<\/li><li>Writing Wednesday &#8211; blog, write marketing materials, grant proposals<\/li><li>Texture Thursday &#8211; create assets and art<\/li><li>Free-for-all-Friday &#8211; which I&#8217;m now considering changing to Followup Friday <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When I woke up this morning, I saw my board and realized, I hadn&#8217;t written a blog post since JUNE,  I felt it was high time to rectify that &#8211; even though I rarely get more than a glance or two (and most of my hits are bots and scrapers) I still feel its important to keep up with scribbling down hasty notes about my development journey &#8211; on the hopes that someone might find it useful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"200\" src=\"http:\/\/fletcherstudios.net\/blog1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/pagebreak-e1558532809647.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-482\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fletcherstudios.net\/blog1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/pagebreak-e1558532809647.png 800w, https:\/\/www.fletcherstudios.net\/blog1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/pagebreak-e1558532809647-300x75.png 300w, https:\/\/www.fletcherstudios.net\/blog1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/pagebreak-e1558532809647-768x192.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The featured image is a book written by a friend of mine. I was totally flattered when he approached me to illustrate the cover. he wanted a &#8216; Jules Feiffer&#8217; styled loose sketch, and I did my best to deliver.
